Evidence is the product.
Every record carries its publisher, date, original notice, location type, and confidence. The product never silently turns a company’s registered office into a “bad area.”
No score. No map. Yet.
There is no H3, lat/lon, police isochrone, or composite risk score in V0. The record layer has to be defensible before spatial analysis begins.
Human review stays in.
This is context for investigation and operational planning—not an automated credit, insurance, employment, tenancy, or pricing decision.

A public notice about a company or a listed asset is not evidence about its neighbours.
We preserve the source’s own location meaning: secured_asset, business_location, registered_office, borrower_residence, or unknown. V0 intentionally avoids geocoding all of them.
