Official Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India pages. They provide corporate-process announcements and linked primary notices; auction listings can include reserve prices, asset descriptions and source documents. V0 uses these as record-level corporate-distress evidence.
The regulatory authority for definitions, threshold, classification process and reporting. It is a governance source, not a nationwide event feed. It distinguishes wilful default from ordinary inability to repay.
Official national crime statistics. Useful for state/district context where the report publishes it. It is not a universal police-station-level dataset and must not be presented as hyperlocal evidence.
These CICs expose public lookup portals for particular default/suit-filed categories. They are valuable record-verification sources. They are excluded from ingestion: CIBIL explicitly disallows bulk/high-volume access and commercial copying/storage/archiving; the other portals require a terms and data-rights review before automated collection or retention.
Digital Police states that police-station coordinates are collected from State/UT police departments. Before use, obtain an authorised bulk source and jurisdiction geometry where available. Use travel times only as field-serviceability/accessibility, never as a risk definition.
